WHAT ARE YOUR
PRICES?

Due to the bespoke nature of our set ups and various factors which come into pricing, we do not have a set pricing list - however we offer you a quote once you have filled out our form

How much notice ShOULD I GIVE?

As much as possible - as soon as you have your confirmed dates, please send us an email or DM - we take bookings up to 6 months in advance.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE A RESPONSE?

We endeavour to respond within 48 hours, but during busy periods this may take up to 7 days

CAN I CHANGE 
THE EVENT DATE

Providing we are able to accomodate the date, you are able to send a request for changing the date, but please provide 7 days notice minimum.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT

We require a non-refundable 25% deposit to be paid upon booking.

WHEN IS FINAL 
PAYMENT DUE

The final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.

DO YOU CATER 
FOR ALLERGIES?

Unfortunately we do not cater for Allergies. Please check with your guests for any allergies, prior to booking.

IS THE FOOD 
SERVED WARM?

We serve a wide range of items, some are served warm, some room temperature and some are served chilled.

WHEN DO YOU 
COLLECT BACK?

We collect back 4/5 hours after initial set up. In some instances we may leave overnight if this is a local event. In the case you require the set up to be left overnight, this will incur extra charges.

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES?

Unfortunately no, you will be required to provide sufficient table space for your set up.
